At Upton St Leonards we are pleased to be able to offer some of our facilities for hire.

Individuals or groups may hire the Hall or our Sports Pitches on a regular hire contract or for one off events depending on availability.

Should you wish to hire the any of our facilities, please complete the form within the lettings policy and return it to [email protected] 

Should the dates you require be available you will then need to complete the hire agreement below. Please note the insurance requirements in the hire agreement. Individuals who don't have liability insurance may purchase one off cover for 10% of the hire fee. 

All payments must be made in advance of the hire unless agreed otherwise. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. 

As we are a school, all hirers are expected to uphold our safeguarding expectations, these are explained further in our Lettings Agreement.
