Pastoral Support Worker

The Advertised Post – Pastoral Support Worker (28.33 hours in total)

Permanent Contract 38 weeks per year 8:45am – 3.20pm

Monday to Friday

Grade 5

Background to the Post From September 2026, we require a Pastoral Support Worker to join our Inclusion Team.

Applicants should have an excellent understanding of family needs, support services and safeguarding procedures in a primary setting.

They should have a proven record of good/outstanding practice, together with a commitment to high standards in terms of their relationships with children, families, staff and external services. As our school is a Church of England (controlled) School, we place great emphasis on our Christian vision and the core values which underpin this. We would expect applicants to be supportive of these.
